Newtrade Media is very proud to announce that Editor of RN Jack Courtez and Editor of Insight Chris Dillon have both been selected as winners of the prestigious Professional Publishers Association 30 Under 30 in publishing award.

Both Jack and Chris have been selected based on the exceptional work they’ve produced over the last 12 months. Jack launched an investigation into unreleased funding specifically earmarked for local businesses struggling at the beginning of lockdown. This resulted in more than £600m being released by local authorities. Chris, meanwhile, launched a new paid-for business title – Vape Retailer – with a mission to help retailers move their tobacco customers to an alternative that is 95% less harmful than smoking. He has also launched data-led white papers to help top FMCG suppliers understand the changing needs of retailers during lockdown.

Jack expressed his delight: “I am over the moon that my colleague Chris Dillion and I both made the PPA’s top 30 under 30 in publishing. Big thanks to my employer Newtrade for their constant support”.

Chris said: “The fact that both Jack and I received recognition is a testament to the whole Newtrade Media team, which encourages a culture of high editorial standards, constant innovation and passion for helping independent, local retailers stay competitive – something that is more important in the current circumstances than ever before.”

Newtrade Media’s Editor in Chief Tan Parsons congratulated them both: “We couldn’t be more proud that two of our journalists secured places in the PPA 30 Under 30 awards. I’m very happy that the hard work they’ve both put in has received the recognition they deserve. Congratulations to them both. I have no doubt that they will be achieving even more amazing things for Newtrade Media in the future, given the accomplishments in their careers so far.”
