Earlier this year, Newtrade teamed up with leading PR consultancy Cirkle and digital specialists The Wholesale Company to host a convenience event and raise money for Mines Advisory Group – a charity that specialises in making warzones safer by destroying landlines and unexploded bombs.
Convenience Today, Convenience Tomorrow was designed as a ‘no-holds-barred’ Question Time-style panel show, where nothing was off limits. Both of the day’s sessions had been given a loose framework, but no topic was off the table.
The day’s major themes were sustainability, data applications, technology, in-store experiences, NPD & promotional strategies, and what makes a supplier rep visit successful.
